We collect the information you send us through our forms (name, email, phone, and your answers about your credit and business) to respond to your request and provide our services. We don't sell your personal information.
We share your information only when needed to serve you, for example with a lender you choose to apply with, or with service providers who host our website and email. Those providers may use it only for that purpose. We keep your information while we work with you and as required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@creditbuildout.com. If you opted in to texts, reply STOP to unsubscribe.
This website is for general information and education. Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice for your situation, and using it doesn't create a client relationship. A client relationship starts only when you sign a written agreement with us.
Credit Buildout is a consulting firm. We are not a lender, broker-dealer, law firm or CPA firm, and we don't make credit decisions. Every approval, credit limit, rate and term is set by the lender. Content on this site may change without notice and is provided "as is."
Funding totals, client counts and examples on this site reflect past results and aren't a promise of future results. What you qualify for depends on your credit, income, business history and each lender's criteria. Many people receive less than the maximum amounts shown, and some don't qualify.
Introductory 0% APR offers last only for the promotional period, usually 12–21 months. After that, the card's standard APR applies to any remaining balance. Business credit usually requires a personal guarantee, and each application may create a hard inquiry on your credit report.
Our business funding service charges a success fee equal to 10% of the total funding you're approved for. It's due only after approval, and we charge no upfront fees for funding services. All fees are set out in a written agreement before any application is submitted.
Client stories, if shown, are from real clients and their results aren't typical. We'll disclose any compensation or relationship that could affect how you see a testimonial. We never advise anyone to give false information on a credit application.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a credit bureau must investigate disputes and correct or remove information that is inaccurate, incomplete or can't be verified. Accurate, timely negative information can generally stay on your report for up to 7 years (10 years for some bankruptcies).
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, credit repair companies can't charge you before the promised services are fully performed. You're entitled to a written contract and may cancel it without penalty within 3 business days of signing. You can get your free credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com.
