Entry bonuses: Every eligible entrant receives the four digital tools described above by email, regardless of whether they win.
Winner notification: The winner is notified by phone and email within 5 business days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be drawn. Before services begin, the winner signs Sponsor's standard written service agreement at no cost, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, including the right to cancel within 3 business days.
Taxes: The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9, and will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Privacy: Entry information is used to run the giveaway and to contact entrants about Sponsor's services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
